FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need Pilates experience?
Not at all. During your first visit, you’ll be guided through a simple onboarding process that introduces you to the equipment and basic movements. Each session includes guided workouts that show proper form and pacing, so you’re never left guessing what to do. You can take everything at your own speed and build confidence over time.
How is this more affordable than regular Pilates?
Traditional reformer Pilates classes are expensive largely because they rely on instructors and fixed class formats. By removing those elements and designing a more flexible, self-guided experience, we’re able to keep costs significantly lower — making it something you can realistically do on a regular basis, not just occasionally.
Is it safe to do Pilates without an instructor?
Yes. The workouts are designed to be guided and easy to follow, with clear demonstrations and cues to support proper form. It’s similar to using equipment at a gym without a personal trainer, but with more structure built in to help reduce the risk of doing something incorrectly.
Is it really private?
Private pods are fully enclosed and give you a quiet space entirely to yourself. A shared reformer area is available if you prefer a more open environment — you can choose what fits your mood.
How long is a session?
Sessions are 50 minutes long, giving you enough time for a full workout while allowing for a smooth transition between bookings.
How does it work?
You book a session through the app, arrive at the studio, and unlock the door using your phone. From there, you’ll go to your assigned pod/reformer and use it for the duration of your session. Everything is designed to feel simple, seamless, and flexible.
Is it safe to exercise in an unstaffed 24/7 studio?
Yes. Access to the studio is controlled and limited to active members during booked time slots. Common areas are monitored, and safety features like secure entry and an emergency system are built into the space to ensure a safe environment at all times.
How is everything cleaned?
Cleanliness is a priority. Each station is equipped with cleaning supplies so it can be wiped down after every session, and the studio is professionally cleaned on a regular basis. The goal is to keep the space consistently fresh, comfortable, and ready for you each time you visit.
Can I bring my baby?
Yes — as long as they’re safely contained in the designated baby area. The goal is to make it easier for people to fit movement into real life, including during stages where flexibility is especially important.
When are you opening?
We’re currently working on securing and building out our first location. As things come together, waitlist members will be the first to receive updates, early access, and founding membership details.
